Every guest's experience is unique, and my wife and I had a very positive one during our stay at the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. They include a large wardrobe with ample storage, an iron, and an ironing board. The rooms are quiet and have USB charging ports along with various lighting options, enhancing the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job, cleaning our room daily, replenishing coffee supplies, and providing small bottles of water each day.
The bathroom is roomy, featuring a decent-sized shower with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water, which is very important to me.
Breakfast was abundant, diverse, and fresh. I believe even those with dietary restrictions will find suitable choices. Eggs are made to order, there are two coffee machines, and a variety of fruit juices and other drinks.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Freedom Square and within walking distance to both the shopping mall and the Old Town, which we loved exploring.
The staff was consistently polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
However, there are a few areas for improvement:
- General maintenance in the room; part of the door frame was damaged.
- The bathroom mirror lighting wasn’t working properly, which could be inconvenient for guests doing makeup.
- On a few occasions, a bath mat was missing after housekeeping service.
We stayed in a room facing the interior, overlooking the lobby, which felt a bit odd since we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy, but we knew what to expect with this room type.
The hotel has a gym that we didn’t use, a great dry sauna, and a wonderful steam sauna that we visited multiple times and really enjoyed. The swimming pool is small and about one meter deep.
Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. Would I choose this hotel again? Definitely. If I return to Tbilisi, I would absolutely stay here again.
