I can only echo the negative feedback and the impression of automated responses that lack a genuine effort to resolve issues. We booked an apartment labeled as suitable for "3 Guests," but it only has one bedroom and a couch. When we asked about extra linens, they informed us that if we paid an additional €15 for three people, it would be included. However, upon arrival, the extra linens were not provided. We inquired about it, and they said they would deliver them in the morning, which wasn’t helpful at all.

From a guest's perspective, the experience with this apartment was frustrating. There was a high level of miscommunication; it felt like most interactions were automated. Important details I provided were misunderstood, and the responses were polite but unhelpful. The apartment had just one small TV, which wasn't smart as they claimed, and the screen mirroring feature didn't work. They refused to check into it.
The two bedrooms had only enough linens and towels for one person each, with no extra options provided in case of accidents. After booking through Airbnb, I learned that cleaning and additional linens came with extra fees. When I pointed out how unreasonable this was, they simply stated it wasn't a hotel-like service. There was only one set of keys for an apartment meant for four people. I stayed for three months, and although it wasn't cheap, the internet speed was capped at 50 Mbps, with no upgrade options.
The claim that they focus on high-quality hospitality is far from the truth. There were many small issues, but I’m too exhausted to list them all. The apartment looked nice in pictures but could use some refreshing, especially the walls. Also, we chose this place because it had an elevator, which was important for my condition, but it was out of service for five days. - M
We booked a place in Gudauri through a booking site, and as someone who has lived in various accommodations for six years, I can say that the service here was the worst I’ve ever experienced.
During our stay, we had no hot water, which they attributed to the service provider. However, when I talked to staff at a nearby store and guests from other hotels, they confirmed there was hot water and shared issues they had faced with this company.
Additionally, there was no WiFi! They again blamed the service provider, but it was actually a problem with the router. With my tech background, I can tell the difference between having no signal and a router issue.
We waited an entire day as they promised to send someone to fix it, but no one ever came.
If you're considering a stay in Tbilisi or Gudauri, be very cautious. If you have family with you, this could turn into a nightmare.
