El personal es muy amable, la habitación es excelente y todo está muy limpio. El desayuno es espectacular. La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro de la ciudad, aunque hay muchas subidas. Sin embargo, el servicio de taxi (bolt) es muy eficiente y económico.

Be prepared for the steep stairs you'll have to climb to reach your room. It's also quite a hike up from the river. The room itself was spotless. However, the older couple managing the place weren't very friendly. Breakfast doesn't start until 9 AM, which conflicts with most tours that also begin at that time. I timidly asked for a cup of coffee at 8:15 and was sharply reminded that "breakfast is from 9 to 11!" I wouldn't come back here if you paid me.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, although the bed could use some improvement. Cleaning wasn't done regularly.
