Excellent hotel with spotless rooms and top-notch cleaning services. The small kitchen is accessible at all times, which is really handy. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. For the price, this hotel provides outstanding value compared to many others. I highly recommend it! 😊🏨✨

🤯 I stayed for a few weeks, but my room was cleaned only once every three days. Fresh towels were often not ready on time, and there was a constant shortage of toilet paper. The hair dryer barely worked, and for the first couple of days, the shower had only cold water.
Since the two guest rooms were next to the shared kitchen, we were told to keep quiet even during casual conversations at lunchtime or before 10 p.m., which made it hard to enjoy our meals.
On my checkout day, they started cleaning my room at 10 a.m., before my checkout time, because the next guest wanted to use it right away. That was unacceptable.

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location. Rooms are spotless, cozy, and well-kept. The staff is professional, friendly, and always eager to assist. The quality of service is exceptional, and the whole vibe is inviting and calming. Everything is great!

【恐怖と怒りの滞在でした】オーナーと思われるメガネの男性の態度には驚きました。洗った食器から臭いがすると言われましたが、スポンジやタオルは全く新しくなっていません。問題はそちらにあると思います。共有スペースでの会話にも注意をされ、静かにする時間やキッチンの使用ルールを設けてほしいです。お皿を置いたままにすると、どんな時間でもマスターキーで部屋に入ってきます。日中でも知らずに入室されるのは不安です。洗っていない人もいますが、安心して過ごすためにはお皿を洗うべきです。ホテルのルールに書かれていないことでも、自分のルールを押し付けてきて非常に不快でした。残念です。

メガネをかけたスタッフが許可なく部屋に入ってきました。私は洗濯物を干していたのですが、それを見られてしまいました。また、夜の3時にマスターキーを使って再び部屋に入ってきました。

メガネをかけた男性の態度がとても悪かったです。客室で昼寝をしていると、勝手に入ってきてタンスや冷蔵庫を漁ることがありました。共有スペースで料理をしていると、料理の仕方に文句を言ったり、昼間に会話をしていると静かにするように言われました。作業中に電気を消されることもありました。特にルールがあるわけではないのに、こちらの行動に対して文句を言われるのがうんざりでした。意見を伝えようとすると遮られ、声が大きくなり高圧的になり、会話がほぼ不可能でした。女性スタッフとは会話が可能なので、何か頼みたいことがあれば彼女たちに話すと良いでしょう。部屋は比較的清潔でしたが、シャワーのお湯が出ないことが何度かあり、困りました。また、1週間掃除がなかったこともありました。利用するなら、1〜2泊程度に留めることをお勧めします。

5日間連続で同じタオルを使わされました。また、部屋の掃除を頼んだのに、2日おきにしかやらないと言われ、全く掃除されませんでした。料金をしっかり払っているのに、非常に不親切な対応でした。
