I didn't stay at the hotel, but I went to the bar on the top floor. They had a beer on the menu for 12, but they charged me 15. When I asked about it, they said it was an old menu. That's poor business practice. I can't imagine how they manage the hotel.

I give 4.5 for the hotel and 5++++ for the massage with Manana. 💆🏻‍♀️🧖🏼‍♀️ She is professional, kind, and makes you feel very comfortable! I will definitely come back for her massage again! ✨🤩 The hotel service and room amenities are just okay. The shower looks stylish but isn’t very comfortable, and room service is a bit slow. Overall, I liked the hotel’s vibe and the restaurant!

We had a great beginning to our stay. I wasn't fully satisfied with my room, but Lucas quickly showed me another option and organized the transfer. The place was very clean, check-in was fast, and the location was fantastic.

The meals at the restaurant on the first floor are really tasty (I haven't tried the others). 🥘

The team was professional and truly welcoming, the vibe was lively and filled with positive energy, and the food was incredibly tasty.

You need some luck to enjoy this hotel outside of busy times. I read the reviews and the manager's responses before booking, which made me think they were committed to resolving issues. For instance, there were complaints about the shower heads being clogged with calcium, and it’s true—you can’t fix it with your hands; you need a needle.

During my stay, I called for help with this three times, but they just came, looked at the problem, and left without fixing anything. It was the Christmas season, so prices were doubled, raising my expectations.

However, at breakfast, there wasn’t enough food. They were refilling in small amounts, leading to fights over sausages and eggs. My clothes even got stained by someone pushing past me (the staff did clean my jacket).

I also asked for juice, but they had run out for the day. The next morning, I wanted new towels, but there were none available because the hotel was overwhelmed with guests. Clearly, they can't handle a full house.

The manager apologized and offered me a complimentary dinner, but I couldn't accept due to other plans. I also tried the spa, which had a nice jacuzzi, but there was no staff present. Children were pressing all the buttons and jumping around, which was unsafe. There should have been supervision or rules in place for a spa environment.

On the positive side, the location, style, and room cleanliness were good. The reception and cleaning staff were kind, but otherwise, I would rate it only one star. Overall, the hotel is nice, but not during peak times or when prices are high, as it doesn’t justify a five-star rating. I have photos to share, but out of respect for the hotel, I’ll keep them to myself.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The service was outstanding. A big thanks to Mr. Gagi for his warm hospitality. His friendly demeanor made everything feel like family and made the food taste even better. If you visit, definitely ask for Mr. Gagi's service. 💖💖💖💖💖
