I made a last-minute booking for one night and was warmly welcomed by a friendly staff member who explained the available services. The room was spotless, bright, and well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, toiletries, slippers, fast Wi-Fi, and a spacious desk for work. It's situated in a lovely, quiet park in the bustling city, yet it's easy to reach various amenities like 24-hour markets, banks, and restaurants. The hotel also features a cafe/bar/patio with in-house services. A standout feature was the gorgeous wine room downstairs, where a fantastic breakfast is served from 8am to 11am. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a kind team, and I felt very comfortable.

Otel güzel bir parkın içinde yer alıyor. Sabahları keyifli bir şekilde uyanıyorsunuz. Lokasyonu oldukça iyi ve merkezi. Popüler mekanlardan Fabrika yürüme mesafesinde. Personel yardımcı ve iyi. Ночью срочно искали номер на сутки и выбрали это место. Требования были простыми: не хостел и возможность немедленного заселения. Особенно порадовал душевный сервис и отзывчивость Давида. Окружающий парк действительно замечательный! Из недостатков - плохая звукоизоляция: проснулась от разговоров и шума в коридоре. Вертикальная штора на окне была сломана и не очень чистой. Завтрак был неплохим, но в зале, где его подавали, было очень темно. К тому же, дорога к входу в отель устлана камнями, поэтому неудобно тащить чемоданы. Днём нас подвезли на специальном транспорте, что было очень удобно.

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 3 по 14 марта. Обслуживание на высоком уровне и не изменилось за последние три года. Завтраки отличные, большое спасибо команде, которая их организует! Уборка в номерах проводится ежедневно, и женщины делают это очень тщательно, молодцы! Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Спасибо руководству за поддержку стабильного уровня сервиса!
