    The hotel felt quite dark due to the low lighting and dark gray walls, which created a somewhat gloomy vibe. The reception staff were pleasant and very helpful.

    The room was rather small, making it difficult to open our luggage comfortably. Additionally, there was no electric kettle, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

    On the positive side, the room was fairly clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. One benefit of staying here is the nearby park, which is great if you're traveling with a child since there's a playground and green space just a short walk away.

    Overall, it was an acceptable experience, but the small room and dark interior made it less comfortable than expected.

    Четыре звезды — это слишком много для таких номеров, в которых нет окон. Хорошо, что был кондиционер. Место для бани просто ужасное: вода не уходит, всё кругом мокрое и ржавое.

    Отличный отель. Уютный, с хорошим завтраком. Окна выходят во двор или парк, тихо.

    A true treasure in Tbilisi! The location is fantastic – very central, just a short stroll to the trendy Fabrika or over the bridge to the heart of the city. The Old Town is also within walking distance. Even though it's so centrally located, the hotel provides a serene escape with its lovely hidden garden.

    The beds are super comfy, and the amenities are excellent. Out of all the places we stayed during our 10 days in Georgia, this one was definitely the best.

    Забронировал номер в этом отеле с предоплатой через наш сервис. К сожалению, из-за сильного снегопада закрыли границу, и я не смог попасть в Грузию. Сервис связался с отелем и объяснил ситуацию, но отель не пошёл навстречу. Я не ожидал полного возврата, но хотя бы часть суммы можно было бы вернуть из уважения к людям. Но, похоже, этот отель не проявляет лояльности к своим посетителям. Особенно в зимний период можно столкнуться с проблемами из-за закрытия границы. Рекомендую выбирать способ оплаты на месте и избегать этого отеля.
