Fantastic stay. The location is amazing!!! I had a room with a balcony and a stunning view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Absolutely outstanding!!!

It's interesting that the hotel responds so quickly on Google but has ignored my messages on Booking.com for over 48 hours. Your reply contains several inaccuracies; I only stayed in room 105 and was never moved to another room. The damage near the window and floor in room 105 is real, and denying it won't change the actual condition. You should check it out for yourself.

Please stop explaining how air conditioning works; I’ve stayed in many hotels without needing a lecture on ventilation. The sound insulation is definitely not "high quality." I could hear conversations from the street and noise from the neighboring room all night long. Expecting a clean and reasonably quiet room isn't a luxury expectation; it's the basic standard for any hotel.

Instead of lecturing guests, focus on learning the principles of hospitality and proper guest relations. You didn’t even realize I never changed rooms or the actual state of the room. It would be better to concentrate on understanding and addressing the issues guests are reporting.

The front office staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, lacking basic hospitality skills. The sound insulation was terrible; I heard everything from the corridors, neighboring rooms, and street noise consistently. The rooms are small, poorly maintained, dusty, and even had a hole in the floor. The central air conditioning and heating system didn’t work well, leaving the room cold. Breakfast was of low quality with very limited options. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

Returned with my friend to show her this wonderful hotel. Once again, I was very impressed by the high standards and the helpful reception staff, including Leka, Teo, and Elene. David & Suk.

إقامة رائعة في فندق بوتيك! طاقم العمل محترم ومحترف، ويقدم خدمة ممتازة. الغرف نظيفة بشكل استثنائي، والنظافة لا غبار عليها. استمتعت بوجبة الإفطار اللذيذة والمتنوعة. الفندق يتمتع بأجواء دافئة ومريحة تجعلك تشعر وكأنك في منزلك. أنصح به بقوة!

A very charming and cozy boutique hotel in an excellent location. There are countless ways to enjoy your stay in this area, which is filled with restaurants, cafes, and shops. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with plenty of amenities and attractions just a few blocks away.

The hotel is comfortable and well-kept, with professional staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and upscale. The shower was fantastic; I felt rejuvenated afterward. The breakfast was also great.

Otel, çok güzel bir lokasyonda yer alıyor ve son derece temiz, huzurlu bir ortam sunuyor. İki gün konakladık. Kahvaltısını beğendik. Kahvaltı salonundaki piyano dinletisi, kahvaltı deneyimini gerçekten özel kıldı. Çalışanlar da oldukça yardımcı. Ortak alanlar da çok hijyenik. Otelin çevresinde gezilecek her şey yürüme mesafesinde. Kesinlikle tercih edilebilir.
