We booked our first night at this hotel independently while waiting to join a hiking trip in the Caucasus. The young man at the front desk was friendly and made us feel welcome. However, the following days brought some disappointing observations. There is no coffee or tea available outside the rooms, and since I've been waking up early due to time differences from a month of travel, I didn't want to disturb my husband by making coffee in our room. We're only given two small coffee sachets, which I had to save for the night before. Luckily, I had a thermos to keep my coffee warm, though it was a bit lukewarm by morning.

Additionally, I try to call my 86-year-old mother daily, as she has mild dementia and lives independently. Since she is hard of hearing, I look for a quiet place to talk, but on the top floor, I was asked to leave a terrace area that I thought would be perfect for my calls. Instead, I had to use the lobby, which echoed a lot. I've never faced these issues in the many hotels I've stayed at over the past few years of travel, which is why I'm giving this hotel 3 stars. The cleaning staff were very sweet and kind, or I would have rated it lower. It might be helpful for the hotel to provide a coffee and tea setup in the communal lobby area, like other places do.

We are truly grateful to Nari from the restaurant, Elena and Teko from the Front Office, and Nona and Irma from Housekeeping for their outstanding hospitality and care. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay wonderful, comfortable, and unforgettable. We deeply appreciate all their hard work and can’t wait to come back.

מלון לא חדש ומבריק, אך נמצא במקום נוח, נעים ושקט (אפילו שהוא ליד כביש ראשי). החדרים גדולים ומרווחים ויש מרפסות עם נוף יפה למוזיאון ולנהר. צוות העובדים מצוין, עם רצון לעזור בכל דבר.

Great location, spacious rooms that are beautifully designed. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist.

2 gece kaldık, 3 kişi için rezervasyon yaptık ve ödeme yaptık. Odaya geçtiğimizde 3. yatağın eksik olduğunu gördük. 3. yatak istediğimizde ek ücret talep ettiler! Oda duvarları yalıtımlı değil, yan odadan gelen sesler çok rahatsız edici. Kahvaltı da pek iyi değil, kahvaltıdan kalkılan masalar uzun süre kaldırılmıyor ve masalar çok kirli. Kahvaltı salonundaki personel masaları silme konusunda yetersiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum!
