Punti di forza: Hotel ben posizionato e pulito. Punti negativi: scarsa disponibilità verso il cliente, atteggiamento scortese e rumore notturno. La colazione, a pagamento (538,00€ per 5 camere per 4 notti), è servita solo dalle 8:30 alle 11:00, il che è scomodo per chi deve partire presto per i tour (che iniziano tra le 8:30 e le 9:00). Abbiamo richiesto con anticipo di avere la colazione alle 7:45; la receptionist inizialmente sembrava disponibile a preparare delle scatole, ma la responsabile, con tono scortese, ha negato la richiesta, citando problemi di approvvigionamento a causa del traffico. La mattina dopo, abbiamo notato che la sala colazione era chiusa ma tutto era già pronto all'interno. È stato frustrante, e alla fine per contattare il tassista hanno dovuto chiedere il permesso alla direzione. Consiglio di evitare la camera 101, poiché confina con una camera della proprietà e il continuo aprire e chiudere della porta rende difficile riposare.

Сначала нам сказали, что есть какая-то проблема, и техник придет на следующий день, что звучит как обман. Потом говорили, что проблема решится за 30 минут. Один раз человек, пришедший проверять воду, нагло заявил, что вода просто теплая, и это не нормально? Похоже, что горячую воду отключают ночью. Если у вас есть возможность выбрать другой отель, лучше сделайте это. Мне кажется, это очень жаль.

Excellent accommodations with roomy interiors and a satisfying breakfast.

The hotel is appalling. The service is awful. I needed to use the bathroom urgently, but the staff just kicked me out and locked the door. Quality hotels don't do this. They may not be after a five-star rating, but this is a basic human necessity. Even if they charged for it, it would still be unacceptable. This is atrocious!
