This place feels more like a boutique guesthouse than a typical hotel, which is what makes it unique. If you want to truly experience Georgian culture, warmth, and hospitality, this is the right spot. The management is excellent, and during our stay, we felt safe, cozy, and right at home.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to explore Old Tbilisi and soak up the city's history and charm. Although the guesthouse has a limited number of rooms and doesn’t offer breakfast, the hosts' friendliness compensates for it.

A big thank you to Sophia and Rustavli (I hope I got the name right) for going the extra mile to assist us. Their kindness made our stay memorable, and I appreciate everything they did.

Just a note: there are stairs to access the entrance and rooms, which might be tricky if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Overall, if you're visiting Tbilisi to engage with its culture rather than just stay in a hotel, I strongly recommend this guesthouse. It provides something far more valuable than luxury: genuine Georgian hospitality.

Отель отличный, каждый номер оформлен в уникальном стиле (восточный, японский). Везде было чисто и аккуратно. Есть уютный внутренний дворик с различными предметами. Нам очень понравилось.

The place is amazing in the old part of Tbilisi and close to everything. It's quiet and feels like a work of art, plus there's a bidet. No elevators here, just one floor with stairs, and they've got a garden that's perfect for relaxing. The staff is very friendly; one girl with black hair is super sweet and kind, while the older blonde lady is so-so. 🤭

Harika bir otel, inanılmaz tatlı işletmeciler var. Her sorununuzla ilgileniyorlar ve ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı oluyorlar. Sabahları biraz nehir kenarında yürüyüş yapıp, merkeze doğru ilerlerken bit pazarına uğrayabiliyorsunuz. Her oda farklı bir konsepte sahip, geniş ve çok temiz.

Чистота, красота и вкусный завтрак оставили только положительные эмоции.

Номер просто отличный. Гидромассажная ванна тихая, но атмосферу с подсветкой создает потрясающую.

Das Hotel entspricht einem guten 3-Sterne-Standard in Europa. Die Zimmer sind groß, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Allerdings sind sie, wie in den meisten Hotels dieser Klasse in Georgien, sehr hellhörig. Das Personal war in Ordnung. Die Altstadt ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nicht barrierefrei.

The service was outstanding. We arrived early in the morning, around 8:00, after a long flight, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in right away, even though the usual check-in time is 14:00. Our room was clean and lovely, with a canopy bed and curtains that made it feel like a castle. There was an electric kettle and a small fridge available. The bathroom looked amazing, with only a few minor issues. You could also watch Netflix (if you have an account) or YouTube on the TV in the room. The only difficulty was moving a large suitcase up the hotel's narrow stairs.

Had a great short stay here… In the center of the action. Lovely hotel and very kind staff.
Breakfast at the Executive lounge could have been better, but my room made up for it. Lots of space. Hope to return on a longer trip.
