    This hotel is truly exceptional. The family running it genuinely cares for their guests, and that makes all the difference. While a place can be beautiful, it's the people that create unforgettable experiences. We came to Tbilisi for our wedding, and without the incredible support of the staff, our trip could have been overwhelming. They went out of their way to assist us, ensuring our stay was everything we dreamed of. We are so grateful for their help.

    We tend to be quite selective about where we stay, especially since I grew up in the hotel industry, and this place exceeded our expectations. It had everything we wanted: comfy beds, immaculate bathrooms, a lovely balcony, and an ideal location.

    We're already looking forward to returning to Tbilisi and Georgia, and we'll certainly be staying here again. We fell in love with both the hotel and its wonderful people. Thank you for everything! ❤️

    Einmal hier und immer wieder. In diesem Hotel wird man wie ein Familienmitglied behandelt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Roman, seine Mutter und das tolle Team, besonders an Georgie. Die drei Tage waren unvergesslich.

    We completely agree with other reviews: the family gave us a warm welcome and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. There was a mix-up with our booking due to a technical issue, but the hotel contacted us in advance and sorted everything out. They accommodated us for one night, arranged a transfer to another nearby hotel, and provided us with delicious food, engaging conversations, and helpful tips for exploring the city. If you're looking for a family-run hotel in the historic areas of Tbilisi, this is an excellent choice!

    Останавливались в небольшом и уютном отеле в Тбилиси, который находится в спокойном районе рядом со старым городом. Номера были чистыми и комфортными, уборка проводилась регулярно. Хозяева невероятно гостеприимные, всегда готовы помочь с советами и трансфером. Завтраки были вкусными, домашними и очень сытными. Особенно понравилась терраса с прекрасным видом на город, где приятно проводить вечера. Если ищете атмосферный семейный отель с комфортными номерами и хорошим расположением, это место — отличный выбор. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова!

    Прекрасный отель с замечательными хозяевами! Взаимодействовать с ними было очень приятно, они внимательные и обходительные. Всё очень комфортно! Мне понравился подход Романа: «Я подаю на стол только то, что люблю сам». В отеле действительно всё сделано «как для себя». Еда просто великолепная! Порции большие, всё очень вкусно, много разных угощений :) Когда мы приехали, нас встретили с вином, сыром и хлебом, что было очень приятно, особенно учитывая, что нас ждали до полуночи😅. Также хочу отметить красоту текстиля😍😍😍. Всё очень уютно, вкусно и по-домашнему. Определенно рекомендуем! Желаем хозяевам успехов и процветания!

Müşterilere değer verip ilgilenmeleri de çok hoş. Erken saatte check-in yapmamız sayesinde dinlenme fırsatı bulduk. Bu sevimli aile işletmesini herkese tavsiye ederim, kesinlikle pişman olmazsınız. Merkeze yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz, yürümek istemezseniz de bolt taksiyle çok uygun bir ücretle ulaşabilirsiniz.

    Отличное расположение, прямо в центре старого Тбилиси. Чистота и уют на высшем уровне. Завтраки просто великолепные. Также предлагают вино, которое можно купить, и это вино приготовлено по традиционной грузинской технологии Кверви, в глиняных кувшинах. Номера аккуратные, душ закрытый, так что после купания вода не разливается по всей ванной. Хозяева очень вежливые.

    Самый уютный и тёплый отель в Тбилиси. Хотя он небольшой, это только добавляет ему шарма. С балкона открывается потрясающий вид. Есть крытая терраса. Завтраки просто чудесные. Везде очень чисто и тихо. Можно легко добраться пешком до всех туристических достопримечательностей. Роман и его мама — замечательные и внимательные хозяева. У них отличная винотека.
