Hotel "Paskunji Residence"

Мы были семьей из 22 человек, включая детей и взрослых. Обслуживание было отличным, Лили позаботилась о всем. Она также помогла организовать транспорт из аэропорта и обратно. Мы прибыли посреди ночи, и номера были готовы с кроватками для младенцев. Она очень приятная и надежная. Апартаменты находятся в центре, рядом с еврейской общиной, что было очень важно для нас. Номера были чистыми и комфортными. Спасибо за все, Рут из Израиля.

Обрали цей готель для нашого родинного зібрання з мамою і не помилилися. Тут нас оточувала домашня атмосфера та увага. Дуже вдячна Лілі та команді за їхню щирість і турботу, все було на найвищому рівні! Відчували себе як вдома. Готель дуже затишний і зручно розташований - поруч великий торговий центр, старе місто, багато закладів та туристичних атракцій. Незважаючи на центральне розташування, в готелі тихо, а тераса з номера має автентичний вигляд і створює атмосферу старої Грузії.

I had a fantastic time in Tbilisi. The studio was spotless, cozy, and ideally situated near many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It felt inviting and comfortable right from the start. I highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic two-night stay. The room with the mezzanine bed was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Communicating with the owner was easy, and she provided great local recommendations. She also arranged for an early check-in ❤️. The hotel is in a prime location, close to many excellent bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tbilisi.

Месторасположение нам очень понравилось, всё в шаговой доступности. Мы остановились в двухуровневом номере-студии с кухней под номером 4, и большим плюсом этого номера является балкон. Хотя отель находится в туристическом районе, спать было достаточно тихо. Напротив отличные завтраки за 25 лари. Из недостатков: ванную комнату стоит немного обновить, а также слышимость с соседних номеров.

Great place to stay! The host was very welcoming and the room was comfortable. The location couldn't be better!

Ich habe schon in mehreren Hotels in Tiflis übernachtet, auch in teureren, aber dieses Hotel hat mich wirklich begeistert.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Chefin Lili herzlich empfangen, als wären wir zu Hause. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist sofort spürbar. Sie ist in allen Belangen extrem hilfsbereit und sogar per WhatsApp erreichbar, was ein tolles Gefühl gibt, gut aufgehoben zu sein.

Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders schön war der Schlafbereich im zweiten Stock des Zimmers, der eine gemütliche Atmosphäre schafft.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, was es angenehm ruhig machte – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist zudem unschlagbar, alles ist zentral und in der Nähe erreichbar.

Lili hat uns auch die Geschichte des Hotels erzählt, was das Ganze noch persönlicher und interessanter gemacht hat.

Für mich passt hier einfach alles: die Lage, der Service, die schönen Zimmer und die Art, wie man als Gast behandelt wird.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und werde jedes Mal wieder hier buchen, wenn ich in Tiflis bin.

Be cautious with this hotel. I made a reservation over three months ago, but about a month before my arrival, I received an email saying I needed to cancel because of construction work. After canceling, I still haven't received my refund and can't get in touch with them. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and have opened an inquiry. Next time, I'll choose a hotel chain instead.

მშვენიერი მაღაზიაა, სადაც ძალიან კარგი ფასებია. ხარისხიც მაღალია და მომსახურება შესანიშნავია, განსაკუთრებით ანის. ერთი სირთულეც არ ყოფილა, თუმცა მაინც უამრავი ტანსაცმელი იყიდება.

After a tiring journey, I arrived in Tbilisi and was warmly greeted by the friendly staff who had my room ready well before the usual check-in time. Their quick responses and organization were impressive.

The apartment itself is stunning, equipped with everything I needed. The building has a charming old-world feel that reflects Georgian culture while still offering modern comforts. The entrance opens onto a vibrant street, making the location fantastic. However, the apartments are set back from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep.

I will definitely return here when I come back to Tbilisi.
