    My friends and I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly and professional the entire time we were there.

    I want to highlight one of the waitresses in the restaurant. She had bangs, and I believe her name was Nini. She was so friendly, attentive, and helpful to our group. Even when it was busy, she treated us with kindness and made us feel at home. Her positive attitude and excellent service really enhanced our meals.

    Please share our gratitude with her. Team members like her truly make a difference and encourage guests to come back. Thanks to the whole staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

    NO AC WORKS AT NIGHT!!!! IT'S REALLY HUMID AND HOT. THEY ONLY TURN IT ON DURING THE DAY WHEN EVERYONE IS OUT TOURING!!! WAKING UP ALL SWEATY IS NOT FUN. The only positive is that the hotel is in a great location.

    The location is great, right by Liberty Square, and you can easily walk to restaurants and the mall.

    The room felt a bit dark, and the AC wasn't working, making it quite warm. They have central heating, so the only option was to open the windows, which was okay since it was winter. However, there was a persistent cigarette smell in the room, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking, which really affected the atmosphere.

    On the bright side, the view of the garden was lovely.

    Overall, the hotel is just average. It could definitely be improved.

    عند القيام بعملية تسجيل الوصول، طلبوا مني بطاقة الائتمان! سألتهم لماذا، والغرفة مدفوعة بالفعل!! أخبرتني موظفة الاستقبال أنه تأمين!! تأمين على ماذا؟ لا يوجد حتى ميني بار في الغرفة!! وعندما رفضت إعطائها بطاقتي طلبت مبلغ 100 دولار كضمان!! وأكدت أن هذه سياسة الفندق!! تجربة لن أكررها!!
