Такое безвкусное стеклянное здание не должно было быть одобрено на исторической площади. Оно совершенно не в тему, с устаревшим дизайном, напоминающим штаб-квартиру нефтяной компании из Баку начала 2000-х. Полное уродство. Архитектору должно быть стыдно.

This was an amazing place to stay. From check-in to check-out, we felt well taken care of. A big thank you to the team. Our room was lovely and cleaned beautifully every day. The spa is stunning.

I must highlight Natia for her fantastic complimentary wine tastings. Her choices were excellent, and we will be bringing several bottles home based on her suggestions.

Thanks also to Anna and the Gulama team for helping us out in tricky situations. The breakfast was fit for royalty, and the poached eggs were the best I've ever had—who knew they could be so good? The staff were always helpful and polite.

The bars are gorgeous, and the entire place exudes luxury and comfort. Thank you to all the staff, including maintenance, for a much-needed relaxing stay.

Во время прогулки по Старому Тбилиси нас caught in a heavy rain, и мы решили укрыться в баре одного из отелей. Это был отличный выбор. Превосходные коктейли, внимательный персонал, приятная атмосфера и живая музыка от пианиста сделали наш вечер незабываемым. Если окажетесь в Тбилиси, обязательно посетите это место и попробуйте их коктейли.

We had a fantastic day here on May 20th, a date that holds romantic significance similar to Valentine’s Day in China, creating unforgettable memories during our stay. I want to highlight three key aspects for anyone considering a visit.

Firstly, a special mention goes to a staff member named Luka, who truly stood out with his exceptional professionalism. He quickly understood our preferences and requests, always putting himself in our shoes to address every detail, even anticipating our needs. His genuine passion for hospitality and love for Georgia and Tbilisi were evident—rarely do you encounter someone like him. We don't often leave public reviews, but we felt it was essential to recognize how remarkable Luka is.

The indoor pool and spa were definitely my favorite features—the saunas and steam rooms were immaculate. Although the outdoor pool with its stunning views was not open during our visit, it still looked promising. The rooms elegantly combine modern luxury with traditional Georgian decor.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Freedom Square. Old Town, Rustaveli Theatre, the Opera House, national museums, and numerous local restaurants are all within easy walking distance. There’s no need for taxis to explore the city, making this hotel a perfect base for discovering Tbilisi.

We often stay at luxury hotels but rarely choose Luxury Collection properties. We particularly enjoyed the brand book provided in our room, showcasing its global hotels and leaving a great impression.

We’ve been traveling a lot since then, so this review is a bit delayed. Wishing the hotel a successful and busy summer season!

Мы с женой провели здесь 4 дня, и нам очень понравилось. Мы пользовались ресторанами (в которых действительно отличная еда), завтрак был хорошим, и нам это очень понравилось.
