Такое безвкусное стеклянное здание никогда не должно было быть построено на исторической площади. Оно совершенно не вписывается в окружающую среду, а его устаревший дизайн напоминает штаб-квартиру нефтяной компании из Баку примерно 2002 года.

What a fantastic place to stay! From check-in to the end of our visit, we felt well cared for. Thank you to the team! Our room was lovely and cleaned beautifully every day. The spa is stunning.

A special shoutout to Natia for her amazing complimentary wine tastings. Her choices were excellent, and we’ll be taking several bottles home based on her suggestions.

Thanks also to Anna and the Gulama team for helping us out of a couple of tricky situations. The breakfast is fit for royalty, and nothing is too much trouble. I had the best poached eggs ever—I didn't even know they could taste that good! The staff are friendly and courteous.

The bars are gorgeous, and the entire place reflects luxury and comfort. A big thank you to all the staff, including maintenance, for providing a much-needed rest and a warm experience.

Fantastic hotel facilities and services, top-notch for city trips and business stays. I've experienced several hotels in Tbilisi, and this one stands out as the newest, most luxurious, and a great value. If you’re looking for an unforgettable breakfast and a wonderfully cozy room, this place is perfect. It's impressive even for someone as particular as I am. Коктейли были замечательные, персонал очень внимательный, а атмосфера приятной и уютной. Живая музыка от пианиста добавила особого шарма нашему вечеру. Если будете в Тбилиси, обязательно посетите это место и попробуйте их коктейли.

We had a fantastic day here on May 20th, a date that holds special romantic significance similar to Valentine's Day in China, and our experience at the hotel created lasting memories. I want to highlight three key aspects for anyone considering a stay.

First, I must commend a staff member named Luka, who truly stood out with his remarkable professionalism. He quickly understood our preferences and requests, always putting himself in the guests' shoes to ensure every detail was taken care of, even anticipating our needs. His genuine passion for hospitality, along with his pride for Georgia and Tbilisi, was evident—it's rare to encounter hotel staff like him. We usually don’t leave public reviews, but we felt compelled to acknowledge Luka’s exceptional service.

The indoor pool and spa were my favorite features; the saunas and steam rooms were immaculate. There’s also an outdoor pool with stunning views, although it wasn’t open during our visit. The rooms beautifully combine modern luxury with traditional Georgian decor.

The location is unbeatable, right at the center of Freedom Square. Old Town, Rustaveli Theatre, the Opera House, national museums, and numerous local restaurants are all just a short walk away. There's no need to rely on taxis for sightseeing, making this hotel the perfect base for exploring Tbilisi.

We often stay at luxury hotels but don’t usually choose Luxury Collection properties. We appreciated the brand book in our room introducing their global hotels, which left a great impression.

We’ve been busy traveling since our stay, so this review is a bit late. Wishing the hotel a successful and bustling summer season!
