The rooms looked better in the pictures. Some have old furniture and bathrooms. However, the location is really great.

This place is overrated because the rooms aren't very clean—definitely not picture-worthy compared to other spots in Georgia. Housekeeping is almost nonexistent, but I did encounter some really nice people here.

We stayed for two nights during Georgia's Independence Day and couldn't have chosen a better spot for the festivities. It's located in the center of the old town, making it easy to walk to all the events within 10 minutes. Our double room was clean and had an amazing view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral. The communal kitchen was well-equipped, and having grocery stores right across the street saved us a lot of time. We'll definitely book this place again when we come back to Tbilisi after our road trip.
