Konum biraz yokuşta ama onun dışında çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Odamız ve çarşaflar çok temizdi, odalarda her gün kahve içtik. Kahvaltı yeterliydi; bol çeşit vardı, yumurta, pancar, patates, waffle ve daha birçok şey sunuldu. Kahvaltı alanı bahçesi de oldukça hoştu. Bütçe dostu, temiz ve yeni bir otel. Temizliğe önem verdiğimiz için burayı tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık.

Charming hotel located a bit away from the busy old town of Tbilisi. The rooms were wonderful, and the receptionist was really friendly. However, we didn't have WiFi during our entire stay, and it took a while to get a working keycard. Despite that, we had a fantastic time and I highly recommend it!

The staff was welcoming, and the rooms along with the facilities were spotless. It’s a wonderful hotel, and I had a really comfortable stay.

Отличный отель в центре Тбилиси, всего в 7 минутах пешком от Площади Свободы в гору. Номера оформлены стильно и современно, здесь очень комфортно. Завтрак оставил приятные впечатления — большой выбор вкусных грузинских блюд и свежих закусок. Обслуживание было на высшем уровне: команда приветливая и отзывчивая, особенно хочется отметить Елену за заботу и высокий профессионализм, которые сделали наше пребывание не забываемым. Рекомендуем всем, здесь чувствуешь себя как дома.

Этот уютный бутик-отель ощущается как дом гостеприимного друга, а не просто место для ночлега. Находясь на возвышенности, он остаётся удобным и доступным к центру города. Здесь ждёт исключительный сервис и уважительное отношение, делающие ваш отдых по-настоящему незабываемым! Огромная благодарность всей команде отеля за создание невероятного опыта. Отдельное спасибо замечательной и доброй менеджер Елене, без которой наше особое событие не стало бы столь совершенным. Их терпение, сотрудничество и щедрость, несмотря на все неудобства с нашей стороны, поразили. Поступок с подарком после сюрприза был приятной и неожиданной деталью, сделавшей наше пребывание ещё более особенным. Если я когда-либо вернусь в Грузию, даже имея здесь семью, я бы вновь выбрал этот отель. Ещё раз спасибо за потрясающий отдых!

This is hands down my favorite place to stay in Tbilisi! It has everything you need, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located. Right in the center, but still peaceful. The staff is wonderful! I highly recommend it.

I can't recommend this hotel. Here's why:

1. The carpet and bathroom had stains everywhere, almost like cigarette burns.
2. The room felt stuffy, and since there were no nets on the windows, we couldn't ventilate it due to mosquitoes and flies. The air conditioner's ventilation option wasn't effective, especially at night.
3. Having speakers in the rooms was a poor decision since people used them late into the evening, making sleep impossible.
4. In the morning, ants appeared and covered our table and personal belongings.
5. The breakfast was disappointing. Apart from bread and vegetables, the food was dry and unappetizing. We ended up paying for breakfast there and then had to find a coffee shop to eat.

On a positive note, the service was good. The staff was responsive and helpful. However, the hotel desperately needs renovation. Staying in the room was unpleasant. I've attached photos of the carpet, walls, and shower towel. I was really shocked.

A charming and cozy small hotel located in the older part of the city. The staff is excellent and helpful, with several ways to stay in touch. Breakfast is varied with traditional dishes. Rooms are neat, as cleaning happens daily. They offer their own airport transfer service, which needs to be booked.
