We visited this clinic on June 13, 2026, after being referred by another doctor for a blood test. We were told the results would be ready quickly.
Since then, we have had to email multiple times to get an update. At first, the clinic assured us everything would be on schedule, but eventually, they stopped replying, and we are still waiting for the results.
The visit itself was unsatisfactory. Although it calls itself the "American Hospital," the staff used the wrong Georgian transliteration of the patient's name instead of the correct English version. To make things worse, they misspelled the transliterated name. What should have been a simple five-minute blood test turned into a 35-minute ordeal as we had to return to reception, wait in line, and ask them to fix their mistake.
It's very frustrating that a clinic claiming to be a premium international hospital can't handle basic administrative tasks or deliver test results as promised.
Based on our experience, I would suggest looking into smaller, more personalized clinics in Tbilisi. They tend to offer much better customer service, communication, and professionalism than this so-called "American Hospital."
