If you're searching for the perfect place to stay in Tbilisi, this boutique hotel is a true find. Its location is fantastic—very central and just a short, beautiful walk from both Europe Square and Liberty Square. Being able to easily walk to the city's famous sights made exploring the Old Town a breeze.

The rooftop terrace is a standout feature, providing a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with breathtaking views all around. Watching the city lights come alive from up there was an unforgettable experience.

What truly makes this hotel special is the warm hospitality. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. A big thank you to the team members who treated us with such kindness and attention; they really made us feel at home. Their commitment to guest service is exceptional. We highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Great location right in the center of the old town. The showers could use some fixing, but otherwise, everything was nice. The owner and the elderly lady are very calm and always ready to help.

Хотя расположение на возвышенности делает подъём и спуск немного утомительными, виды с террасы того стоят — они просто замечательные. Дом находится в старом городе, поэтому добраться до других мест достаточно просто. Маленький сын хозяев хорошо говорит по-английски и помогает семье с гостями. Несмотря на возраст здания, всё чисто. Дополнительные услуги, такие как завтрак и стирка, возможны за дополнительную плату и всегда доступны, если попросить. Мать и тётя владельца почти не говорят по-английски, но жесты и Google Переводчик прекрасно помогают в общении. Кондиционер немного подкачал: в октябре было уже довольно прохладно, что добавило дискомфорта. Этот вариант не для тех, кто ищет роскошь и сервис на уровне отеля, но возможность проживания в семье по доступной цене оставила меня полностью довольным.

Terrible interaction with the staff – extremely rude.

This place is spotless and has an excellent location in Tbilisi. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. I highly recommend it.

Great spot for a holiday.

לא מומלץ! שילמתי מראש על שלושה לילות ובמהלך הלילה הראשון התחלתי להיתקל בבעיות - לא ניתן היה להוריד את המים בשירותים, בחדר היה ריח רע וגם במגבות היה ריח של סיגריות. ניסיתי לקבל חדר אחר והיא סירבה. היה מאוד קר בלילה וקיבלתי רק שמיכה דקה. אנשים צעקו בחוץ ולא ניתן היה לישון. ביקשתי החזר לפחות עבור לילה אחד והיא לא הסכימה, ואז פתאום הציעו לי לעבור חדר. האישה לא אמינה. להתרחק מזה! המיקום גם לא מוצלח ורחוק מהעיר, המיטה לא נוחה ויש בה שקעים.

This place is fantastic! We stayed here during our road trip from Germany to Georgia in 2019. The owners are really friendly. We ended up extending our stay because it was so nice. We had an apartment equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. Everything was clean, and the price was great—perfect for washing all our clothes and relaxing after a 4000 km drive from Germany. We parked the car on the street outside; it felt very safe and secure, as all of Georgia does. Just a short walk, and you're in the heart of old Tbilisi. Truly, this was a highlight of our trip. Cool bananas!

Gia Sikharulidze was my uncle and Khatuna Kechakmadze is my aunt. I visit quite frequently and absolutely adore the place. Luka Sikharulidze is my cousin, as you might have guessed.
