I had a hotel booked before arriving in Tbilisi, but ran into issues right away. So, I had to quickly find another place. Luckily, I found this lovely and cozy hotel at a great price. Mrs. Maria and her family are incredibly kind and welcoming; she feels like a mother figure. You really get a sense of home here. I didn't spend much time at the hotel since I wanted to explore Tbilisi, returning only in the evenings to rest. I stayed in a small, cozy room with a balcony on the top floor, which was nice and clean. The neighborhood is vibrant and peaceful, yet very close to the city center. You can reach Liberty Square in no time. I had no issues during my stay. If you're considering booking a room here, go for it! ❤️

I had a fantastic experience here. The views are stunning, and Marina, the host, is the highlight of the stay.

Очень люблю этот гостевой дом! Наша группа всегда выбирает его, когда едем к Марине. Она потрясающая хозяйка — добрая, интеллигентная, внимательная. Завтраки здесь замечательные и очень сытные. Уютный двор и милые балкончики с видом на старый Тбилиси создают особенное ощущение.

Absolutely loved staying here! It's super convenient, with easy access to top attractions and eateries, and the airport isn't far away. Marina and Giga are fantastic hosts! Huge thanks to them for the wonderful hospitality and unforgettable time! I'll definitely return and highly recommend it to all my friends! ;)

The location is excellent and the price is fair. The staff speaks English, and the rooms are clean. The view is average. I recommend it.

Visited twice, both in summer and winter. The view of Tbilisi was fantastic, and it was conveniently located near popular spots. Breakfast was enjoyable. There’s a nice coffee place nearby called Daily Grind.
