Georgian restaurant "Orangery"

A truly disappointing experience that made us laugh instead. The decor was lovely, so we expected great food and service, but we were mistaken. When we tried to order Pasta Bolognese and Khachapuri, they informed us that the pasta was unavailable and that the khachapuri would take too long due to an event. My partner then opted for Pizza Margherita, but the server warned that would also take a long time, stating that any dough-based dish would take at least 45 minutes. In the end, we settled for carbonaras, grilled vegetables, and a dessert called “crumble.” The carbonaras came in a large pan that was awkward to eat from, the noodles and sauce were nearly cold, and the sauce was watery with overcooked bacon bits. The whole dish was just bland. The vegetables were either undercooked or burnt to a crisp and heavily salted. The “crumble” dessert was misleading; it was just whipped cream with cookie crumbles on top and some strawberry slices. They should have at least clarified this, as it was not a proper dessert. The waiter was awkward and rude, failing to assist us or explain anything properly. If you’re looking for a funny story, go ahead and eat here; otherwise, I suggest going anywhere else for a better experience.

Charming restaurant with delicious food and very attentive staff. The garden atmosphere is delightful!

We ordered waffles with ice cream, fruit, and jam, and they not only forgot our order, but the waffles were clearly not fresh. I asked for no bananas, and they still added them. The presentation was terrible. The coffee was okay, so maybe skip this place. It's so bad, I want to give it a zero, but since I can't, I'll give it a one.

Awful service. I've been a regular for years and always had great experiences, but today was different. Lunch was a disaster—only three tables occupied, yet the waitress kept mixing up orders and delivering dishes to the wrong tables. My salad took almost an hour to arrive. The berry lemonade was just frozen berries blended together. When I returned it, the waitress insisted on explaining their "special homemade lemonade." New staff is urgently needed, especially with summer approaching.

The service was awful. There was hair in my pasta, and instead of apologizing, they blamed me. The server was nice, though. They also opened 20 minutes late, so we had to wait outside.

I really enjoyed the tenderloin salad and mushroom soup here 🥰 Definitely planning to return! The spot also has adorable bear decorations outside and plays lovely music.

This used to be one of our top spots, but our last visit was a letdown. We got the menu from the manager, but no one came to take our order. It felt like the waitstaff had vanished, leaving just one person to clear tables. With no service, we decided to leave.

Visited on February 1, 2026. Waited for 15 minutes without any service, so my wife and I decided to leave. Glad I didn't have my mother-in-law with me, as it would have been embarrassing. The place looks nice, but we're there to be served. Another letdown in Tbilisi. Won't be returning, though there were only two other customers there. 🤷
