I ordered through the mobile app and noted my allergy requirements, but when I arrived, my order had been mistakenly dismissed by the staff, even though there were no other customers. After waiting 30 minutes for nothing, I had to place my order again.
The staff seemed completely lost and lacked basic knowledge about the menu. Simple questions went unanswered, and they appeared as if they had no training whatsoever. It was surprising how poorly they handled what should be a simple fast food experience.
The sandwich was a mess. It arrived cold, even though it was supposed to be freshly made, included vegetables that I specifically asked to be left out due to allergies, and was missing the extra meat I had paid for. This is unacceptable, especially for a place that deals with allergy requests — it poses a health risk.
This location needs significant improvement in staff training and management. I won't be coming back. - M

Ужасное место!🤮🤮 Заказали два капучино, а получили какое-то американо, вообще не то. Попросили переделать, но сотрудники отказали, сказав, что ничем не могут помочь, и смотрели так, будто мы им что-то должны. Напитки отвратительные, пить невозможно. Это не капучино. Зёрна пережарены, очень горькие. Сотрудники злые, недовольные, общаются грубо, видно, что им всё равно на клиентов. Сервис на нуле, полностью испортили настроение. Никому не советую сюда приходить((

დღეს სენდვიჩების ადგილას საშინელი გამოცდილება გვქონდა. გუშინ ავიღეთ იგივე ყავა და ძალიან გემრიელი იყო, პრობლემები არ იყო. მაგრამ დღეს გააკეთეს ისე ცუდი ყავა, რომ დალევა შეუძლებელი იყო, გემო ისეთი ჰქონდა, თითქოს გაფუჭებულია. თანამშრომლებს ავუხსენით სიტუაცია, მაგრამ არანაირი ინტერესი არ გამოავლინეს დახმარების ან გადაკეთების. უბრალოდ თქვეს „ბოდიში“ და ეს იყო ყველაფერი. აშკარაა, რომ არ აინტერესებთ რას ყიდიან. თუ ხარისხი თანამშრომლების ხასიათზეა დამოკიდებული, ეს სერიოზული პრობლემაა. დღევანდელი ყავა - სრული კატასტროფა, და მომსახურებაც ზუსტად ასეთივე. აღარ გვექნება აქ დაბრუნების სურვილი 👎
