Взял наггетсы с собой в отель. Заявленных 9 штук не оказалось, положили только 8. Обнаружил это только в отеле. Разочарован подобной невнимательностью.

В этом месте явно позабыли о стандартах. Всегда думал, что фастфуд должен быть "быстрым", но здесь вы рискуете потерять 30-40 минут в ожидании. Еда, как правило, разочаровывает: она часто холодная и хуже ожидаемого. Чек за комбо, напиток и десерт составит примерно 30-40 лари, что сопоставимо с обедом в обычном ресторане. Итог: 40 лари, 40 минут и холодный бигмак. Испытал это не раз, и всегда один и тот же результат. За такие деньги и ожидание лучше выбрать кафе или сходить через дорогу, где, несмотря на недостатки, еда будет горячей.

It is frustrating that ordering coffee from the McCafe is not possible. The staff directs customers to the main counters instead. They seem to misunderstand the desire to get coffee specifically from the McCafe coffee machine.

Waiting for an hour for our order was frustrating. It turned out that the order was stuck in the elevator between floors for the last 30 minutes. One staff member came to the elevator, opened it, and then left. Afterwards, another employee came, shut the door, and sent it down. If I hadn't gone to find out the issue, it would have stayed there. Thanks for the cold hot tea.

My order went into preparation mode right after payment, yet it vanished from the screen shortly after. Fifteen minutes passed, so I approached the front desk clerk who told me they were very busy. As I observed the numbers being called, they reached into the 80s while my order was number 35. When number 90 was displayed and 27 minutes had gone by, I checked again and got the same response—still not ready. The numbers on the screen restarted from 1. Waiting through 30+ new orders and potentially another 30 minutes wasn’t feasible, so I left without my order. It was really disappointing to waste both money and, more importantly, time.

I ordered an iced latte with caramel topping and a veggie wrap. I would suggest getting your coffee elsewhere. The coffee was bitter and unpleasant. The veggie wrap was passable. However, both the atmosphere and the service were disappointing. The staff put in effort to offer decent customer service, but the system is a mess. I urge the branch manager to address these issues, as both customers and employees would appreciate it.

The team appears to be very young, aged between 14 and 25, and seems to have been hired hastily. They clearly lack any understanding of their duties. They either ignore you or never show up. I waited for half an hour for my takeout order, only to find out it was never prepared until I reminded them five times. The ordering system was dysfunctional; no one knew where their orders stood or when they would be ready. This experience was dreadful.

Бургер выглядел неаккуратно и был разваленный, ингредиентов положили мало, а приготовление заняло много времени.

Awful service. I ended up waiting 70 minutes for my meal. Only when I approached the counter did they quickly locate my order and serve it to me within 5 minutes—it was clear they had simply forgotten about it. While long waits are not uncommon for me at this location, this experience was the worst by far.

This location consistently offers delicious food and drinks. It's always bustling with people, especially families with children, creating a lively atmosphere. However, there was a small issue today. We selected coffee in porcelain mugs at the self-service kiosk, but it was served in cardboard cups instead.

I was on the upper floor at 9:20 and went downstairs to order, leaving my belongings on a table. When I tried to return upstairs with my food, the security guard wouldn't let me, saying the upper floor was closed. I explained my things were still up there, but he refused to let me retrieve them, even as Georgia locals were allowed up. This was before 9:40. Only after a staff member intervened did he let me go up. It seemed like if anyone else wanted to go up, it was fine, but suddenly it was closed for me, with my belongings left behind. The staff themselves appeared unbiased, but my issue with the cooking team was the lack of gloves.

The service here is the worst, and this is by far the most terrible McDonald's in Tbilisi. My order was missing items, and when I asked for help, an employee pretended to resolve it but then vanished. The whole time, staff seemed more interested in chatting with friends or just standing around. The manager was extremely impolite. After waiting for thirty minutes, I finally found out that the missing item was unavailable all along. Customers shouldn't have to pay for the restaurant's mistakes. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to avoid this place as well.

The food was not warm, and we ended up waiting over 35 minutes for our order.

The service was terrible. Two burgers and a drink were missing from our order. It took a manager's intervention half an hour later to fix the situation. Even then, one of the burgers we received did not match what we had ordered. Mentioning this new mistake made the server angry with us, despite it being their second error. I strongly advise against visiting this McDonald's, as it fails to meet the service level expected from this brand.
