I went to this dental clinic for a 3D scan and was told my tooth needed urgent removal. I scheduled an appointment with the oral surgeon, Dato Kakabadze, and arrived on time, but had to wait 45 minutes. When he finally showed up, looking disheveled, we had a very brief consultation: confirming I was there for an extraction and had my imaging and allergy test.
Then he told me nothing could be done because it was a religious holiday and rescheduled for two weeks later. This delay risked worsening the infection. There was no interest in my scan, no concern about the infection spreading, and no offer of medication or plan. It felt like I was dealing with outdated practices where the calendar mattered more than my health. This was very unprofessional. - M

I had an appointment at 13:00 but had to wait for an hour and a half. No one informed me about the delay. The reception was unprofessional and didn't know how to deal with customers🥲. Thankfully, the doctor fixed my tooth and the receptionist's mistakes. The system is really poor.
