Service was surprisingly bad. The staff member seemed inexperienced and didn't know how to assist us. We waited around 40 minutes for two sandwiches, even though we were the only customers there. I'm quite disappointed. I doubt this place will last with this kind of service.

Дорогие владельцы, пишу этот отзыв на русском. По правде, я бы поставила одну звезду, потому что после посещения вашего кафе в воскресенье у меня началось сильное отравление, которое продолжается уже второй день.
Мы с мужем ходим к вам полгода, и это первый такой случай. Мы всегда заказывали хот-доги и десерты, и все было хорошо. Поэтому ставлю 4 звезды, надеясь, что вы примете меры.
Ситуация была такой: я выбрала прицел, который ранее пробовала и знала, что он немного суховат. Я сильно укусила его и подумала, что сломаю зуб. У меня осталась пульсирующая боль в челюсти, а на самом прицеле даже не было следов от зубов — он был очень черствый.
Бариста предложил выбрать десерт в подарок, я выбрала тарталетку с клубникой. Она была на вкус как всегда, меня это не смутило. В этот день я ничего больше не ела вне дома, а дома только обычную еду, поэтому считаю, что единственный источник отравления — ваше кафе. Это могла быть тарталетка, вилка или что-то еще. Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что приборы обрабатываются, а десерты и выпечка свежие и хорошо изолированы от источников бактерий. - A

This is one of my top coffee spots in Tbilisi! The coffee is fantastic, and the barista is incredibly welcoming and skilled. She really excels at creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
