Either hire more staff or improve the training for the current employees! They move around like sloths.

The staff is really wonderful; they treat customers with kindness and even ask for feedback to improve. Mariam was especially lovely and sweet! 😊

While waiting at an outdoor table for my order, a security staff member asked me to show proof of purchase. The kiosk printer was broken, so I didn't have it. I ended up having to wait inside for my order, which wasn't easy being nine months pregnant. Instead of just enforcing rules, maybe teach your staff to be more considerate. Also, the frozen yogurt was disappointing.

Сегодня утром я решила поднять себе настроение и отправилась за кофе в одно известное место, где, на мой взгляд, готовят один из самых вкусных кофе в Тбилиси. Около 12:30 я пришла в кафе возле метро, чтобы насладиться латте и взять круассан с ветчиной и сыром.

Поздоровавшись с девушкой на кассе, я попыталась сделать заказ, объяснив, что не говорю на грузинском и английском языках. В ответ она несколько раз раздражённо просила говорить по-английски. Когда я повторила, что не владею английским, она ответила на русском, что не знает русский. Я понимаю, что знание всех языков не обязательно, но базовое уважение и желание помочь клиенту должны присутствовать. Такое поведение создало впечатление, что меня намеренно пытаются заставить отказаться от заказа.

Считаю, что с клиентами можно найти общий язык при желании, особенно если клиент настроен доброжелательно. Хотелось бы, чтобы руководство уделило внимание качеству общения некоторых сотрудников с клиентами в этом заведении. Однако к бренду и продукту у меня нет претензий!

P.S. Второй сотрудник, Нино, была вежлива и корректна, к ней вопросов нет.

Visited the spot at Round Garden in Vake. The customer service was among the best I've experienced here. The staff was very friendly, and our drinks were made perfectly. The place has a cozy atmosphere, and being close to the garden is a nice bonus. I'll definitely return 😊🤙🏼

Очень плохое обслуживание, персонал не обращает внимания на порядок очереди.

Продают пончик и потом отдают последний, за который вы заплатили, другому покупателю.

Я ждал 10 минут за 2 пончиками, не в час пик. Они очень медлительные. Передача 2 пончиков занимает меньше 30 секунд. Очень разочарован.

I really enjoy this place. The donuts are tasty and fresh. They offer a wide variety of food and drinks, so there's something for everyone.

I appreciate the self-order machine, which makes it easy to get food without needing to speak with the staff. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it's a nice spot to relax with family or friends.

The staff are friendly and polite, and service is quick, so there's not much waiting for food.

Overall, it's a pleasant place with good food, efficient service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I'll definitely return.

Yolun karşısında bir yerde. Sanırım konum yanlış verilmiş. Tatlı bir çalışan vardı. Donutların gelmesini bekledik ama noel süslemeleri yoktu. Donutlar fotoğraftakilerden farklıydı. Marka iyi ama hiçbir donut, File'dekiler kadar lezzetli değil. Bu ciddi bir tavsiyedir.
