Посетили это заведение впервые, официант перепутал вино и принес не то, что заказывали. Минеральную воду так и не принесли. Горячие блюда, шашлык и форель на мангале, были холодными. Туалет не очень чистый, обслуживание на уровне 1. Грязная посуда стояла до нашего ухода.

В зале стоит удушливый запах плесени. Он находится в подвальном помещении, что создает определенные нюансы, которые нельзя игнорировать. И пластиковые растения выглядят неприятно. Мы взяли еду с собой и платили дополнительно за контейнеры. Заранее уточнили, что понадобятся одноразовые столовые приборы, но в итоге их не оказалось. Хозяин даже не обратил внимания на это. Обслуживание отвратительное в каждом смысле.

For a taste of real Georgian food in a lovely atmosphere, this restaurant is a must-visit. They have a broad array of traditional Georgian dishes, and everything we sampled was simply delicious. It was my first time having chicken shashlik that was juicy and flavorful instead of dry. Along with the delicious food, the service was very pleasant. Our waitress, Kristina, was especially wonderful. The interior is uniquely charming and perfect for photos. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Всю неделю каждый вечер ужинали в этом заведении — просто восторг! Особая благодарность официантке Кристине. Она всегда встречала нас с улыбкой, была очень внимательной и помогала выбрать блюда. Атмосфера особенно запомнилась: живая музыка добавляла вечерам charme. Уютное и тёплое место, где чувствуешь себя как дома. Обязательно вернёмся и советуем всем друзьям!

Ещё раз убедилась, что пустые заведения обходить стороной. Надеялась на лучшее, но осталась разочарована. Салат оказался несъедобным, жаль.

I wouldn’t suggest going here. I ordered chicken shashlik, and it wasn’t fresh. After trying just one piece, I got food poisoning. I seriously doubt the waitress was unaware of the problem, as she didn’t cancel the order or apologize when I reported it. I had stomach issues for two days. Hopefully, my review helps you avoid this place.
