It's 10 AM and there is just one agent available. I've been waiting for 20 minutes with 9 people in front of me, and the line hasn't moved at all. Management really needs to fix the staffing issue to cut down on wait times.

I received both accounts and cards within a couple of days. Having თიკო assist with the registration was a fantastic choice. She's truly a wonderful person!

В банке остались только положительные впечатления. Подала документы по KYC и отправила их сотруднику по почте. На следующий день получила смс, что могу прийти для открытия счёта. Сотрудница, занимавшаяся открытием, была очень вежлива, всё подробно объяснила, и её улыбка создавала приятную атмосферу. Ещё одна сотрудница, занимающаяся бизнес-счетами, тоже оказалась очень внимательной и объяснила все детали. Парень и девушка на входе в банк тоже заслуживают похвалы за дружелюбие и вежливость. В первый и второй дни я провела в отделении по полчаса, на третий день просто забрала карту. Большое спасибо за качественную работу!

After completing KYC, I was supposed to receive an SMS, but it never arrived. I had to visit the bank a few days later to find out the decision. However, the service was nice overall.
