    Pokoje są skromnie urządzone, ale zawierają wszystko, co potrzebne do codziennego życia. Duża łazienka i czystość w pokojach to duży plus. Śniadania są smaczne, a widok na góry dodaje uroku.

    Incredible ice-capped mountains all around, amazing setting. Rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is delicious.

    房間設備不夠，缺少牙膏和牙刷，露台上也沒有椅子。噪音較大，門與門之間的聲音很吵。

    Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles ist sauber, die Decken sind bequem und die Aussicht ist schön. Was will man mehr? Das Hotel kann nichts dafür, aber wenn die Straßen besser wären oder zumindest die Zufahrt einfacher, wäre es perfekt. Insgesamt, hervorragende Arbeit und Angebote.

    The bus station in Tbilisi is terrible. The bus waits until it's full before leaving. An hour after we left, we had to turn back due to snow on the road, wasting 6 hours at the station. The hotel knew the road was closed because of snow and didn't refund the money.

    We picked this place because of the amenities they advertised. We were really upset to find out there was no restaurant as promised. Our plan was to have a Valentine's dinner right at the hotel to avoid needing a taxi afterward. None of the promised amenities were in our room either, except for two water bottles and some tea bags. The hotel is nice and the room was clean, but there was coffee splattered on the wall, which might explain the missing coffee. We expected things like a reception/coffee time, bathrobes, and a restaurant, but they were missing. Overall, we were let down. Despite my research and chatting with the hotel on WhatsApp, the lack of amenities was disappointing. It's fine if you want something simple in a beautiful area without spending too much. But if you're after the amenities they promised, look elsewhere.

    This is a wonderful place to stay in Kazbegi. The staff is incredibly hospitable and helpful. The location offers stunning mountain views. We loved our stay and would recommend it to everyone. A big thank you to Ms. Nini for being such a fantastic host. We can't wait to return! 🙏🙏

    Если ищете лучший вариант по соотношению цена/качество в Степанцминде, то это как раз тот случай. Вид из окна за эти деньги — просто сказка. Понравилась забота и внимание к мелочам со стороны персонала. Готова вернуться снова.
