    Das Hotel sieht in der Realität deutlich älter und abgenutzter aus als auf den Bildern. Der Check-in war problematisch – der Betreiber war selten da, die Wartezeit war lang und das Personal wirkte unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war schlicht und bot kaum lokale Speisen.

    Das größte Manko war das Badezimmer: es ist stark sanierungsbedürftig und könnte Schimmel haben.

    Der einzige, wirklich beeindruckende Vorteil ist die Aussicht – man hat einen direkten Blick auf den Kazbek und die Dreifaltigkeitskirche.

    Leider können wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

    Das Zimmer war wirklich enttäuschend! Der Ausblick ist zwar fantastisch, das Frühstück und die Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung, aber die Betten waren schlecht, die Steckdosen waren in 3 m Höhe und die Gardinenstange drohte zu brechen. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr klein.

    Hotel nuovo e pulito. Personale sempre sorridente. Le camere sono spaziose e, almeno la mia, aveva una vista stupenda. Colazione eccellente e abbondante. Tutto perfetto!
