The church of St. George stands in the eastern part of Okami village in Kaspi Municipality. It is one of the two churches of the village.
Okami lies northeast of Kaspi, across the Mtkvari valley, in the hills. The Virgin Mary church of the same village stands half a kilometre to the west.
Regular services may not be held, and the church can be approached at any time. Modest clothing is appropriate, and candles and offerings are left in their places.
