The church dedicated to the Prophet Elijah by Andriatsminda village is still under construction: work is going on and there are no regular services yet. The building is being raised by the parish and donors.
The place lies west of the village, on an open slope above the valley. A little over a kilometre away a St George church site survives, and in the village itself the church of St Andrew is in use.
Do not enter the building site; view the structure from a distance. Ask villagers about the progress of the work and the first services.
