Hatsvali Ski Resort is located 8 kilometres from Mestia, Mestia Municipality, at the foot of Mount Zuruldi. The resort's elevation ranges from 1,868 to 2,348 metres. A Leitner lift carries guests to the summit of Zuruldi in about 10 minutes, with two additional lifts of 600 and 800 metres in length. The resort has three pistes: red (1,900 m), blue (2,600 m) and a beginner run (300 m), making Hatsvali a more accessible option for newcomers than the more demanding Tetnuldi.

In summer the cable car doesn't operate, so reaching the resort requires a car. In winter the roads are regularly cleared, allowing access by any vehicle prepared for snow; according to reviews, the cost is the same whether riding the lift from the base or driving straight to the mid-station, so heading up from the bottom is the more efficient choice.
