The church is dedicated to St. George and carries the name Zubi, while its address ties it to the village of Isunderi: the name of the tract and the name of the village have parted here, which is ordinary in Lechkhumi.
Isunderi lies twelve kilometres from Tsageri, in the mountains above the valley. Another church of the village, known by the feast of Mariamoba, stands about two kilometres away. Further on come the ruins of Namarnevi three and a half kilometres off, the church of St. George at Kveda Aghvi four and a half, the church near Larchvali five.
The road here is a mountain one, the last stretch unpaved and soft in the rain. The church is a village one, services are not held every day, yet it can be seen from outside. Dress modestly, keep quiet inside. Lechkhumi is damp and rain is possible in any season.
