This church has no name at all: it is known simply as the Orthodox church of the village. No dedication is given either, so it can only be named by location, and it is more honest to say so outright than to supply a guess.
Kvemo Teleti lies on the plain south-west of Rustavi, sixteen kilometres from the town. This is no longer plateau or hills but the lowland part of Kvemo Kartli, where villages stand close to industrial suburbs and the roads are mostly paved.
There is no fixed schedule of services, but the village is busy and it is usually possible to step inside. The rules are those of any working church: covered shoulders and knees, quiet. Its closeness to Rustavi and Tbilisi makes the detour short: this is one of the most accessible churches of the Kvemo Kartli part.
