The house-museum of Niko Lordkipanidze is located in the village of Chuneshi, Tskaltuba municipality, and was founded in 1981. This is a cultural center dedicated to the life and work of the famous Georgian writer Niko Lordkipanidze (1880-1944). The museum houses 551 items, including memorabilia, publications of his work, manuscripts, photographs and other documents. Museum visiting hours are every day from 10:00 to 18:00. Ticket price: for schoolchildren and students - 1 GEL, for adults - 3 GEL. However, admission is free for children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members, people with disabilities and refugees with an ID card.
The museum offers several exhibitions, including “What do the museum exhibits tell you about?”, “In the footsteps of Niko Lordkipanidze” and “Niko Lordkipanidze - Impressionist”.
