Adjaristsqali Gorge
The Adjaristsqali flows from the mountains to the sea, and all of highland Adjara gathers around it. The road along the river climbs from Batumi through Keda and Shuakhevi to Khulo, and every bend opens a new view: turquoise water in spring, muddy water after rain, stone bridges and rafting boats. The gallery shows villages on steep slopes, terraces and ploughed fields, summer pastures with wooden huts, forest lakes near Dabadzveli and snow on the ridges. Most of the photos were taken in the Keda and Shuakhevi districts.
