The oldest daily French newspaper told readers about the beautiful Georgia
In order to attract the attention of foreign tourists to Georgian tourist destinations and resorts, the Ministry of Economy of Georgia organized a briefing for a journalist of a popular foreign tabloid.
The main topics of the article were local winemaking and traditional cuisine. The established methods of making homemade wine originated eight millennia ago on the local fertile land.
The author also noted the beauty of the capital and the first avenue of Tbilisi, which bears the name of the famous writer Shota Rustaveli. According to him, this main street is not inferior in grandeur to the famous Champs-Elysees.
The newspaper "Le Figaro" is one of the largest prestigious publications in France with a circulation of almost 400 thousand copies per week.
