Georgian companies participating in the largest exhibition in Shanghai

The international exhibition China International Import Expo (CIIE) is held in Shanghai, it is attended by delegations from 150 countries, Georgia is represented by 40 companies. The total number of visitors is about 700 thousand people.

As noted by the Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia Otar Shamugia Shamugia, such events allow establishing close cooperation between Georgia and China. The exhibition presents the export products of the beneficiaries of the agency "Produce in Georgia". These are Georgian wines, various soft drinks, as well as agricultural products, leather goods and accessories, children's clothing.

Various informational brochures and videos have been developed to familiarize the visitors of the exhibition with the potential of Georgia.

Deputy Minister of Commerce of China Lin Zi was received at the National Georgian Pavilion. He expressed the readiness of the Chinese side to contribute to the deepening of trade relations, in particular, the export of Georgian wine to the Chinese market.

The International Exhibition 2023 will end on November 10.
