The hotel is just average, with a few issues. The rooms are decent but a bit dusty and not cleaned well, especially around the head of the bed. The Wi-Fi is very poor. The staff at the swimming pool is not very knowledgeable about swimwear regulations—men can only wear trousers and women can only wear bikinis. Breakfast is also average, with limited choices and no fruits available. Improvements are needed in these areas.

Untrustworthy! I will provide more details later. This hotel refused to let me check in because they claimed they hadn't received confirmation from the booking platform. I had two reservations—one through a site and another through a travel agency. I canceled the booking from the site over a week before my arrival, but the hotel mixed up their records and ended up canceling both. This was clearly a mistake on their part, yet they were dishonest about it. I can accept human error, but denying it shows a lack of integrity. I wasted four hours in the lobby with small children. It seems they prioritize large groups over families. I ended up booking elsewhere. This place cannot be trusted. The booking platform should consider removing it from their listings, as the issue stemmed from their lack of reliability in the hospitality industry.

L'établissement ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Il y a beaucoup de groupes bruyants dès le matin. Le personnel passe plus de temps à discuter entre eux qu'à s'occuper des clients, que ce soit à la réception, au bar ou pour le ménage. La piscine est froide. Chaque lit a une petite couverture. Le petit déjeuner est immonde, on dirait une cantine. À la direction : si vous souhaitez me rembourser, ça ne pose pas de problème.
