Untrustworthy! I will provide more details later. This hotel refused to let me check in because they claimed they hadn't received confirmation from the booking platform. I had two reservations—one through a site and another through a travel agency. I canceled the booking from the site over a week before my arrival, but the hotel mixed up their records and ended up canceling both. This was clearly a mistake on their part, yet they were dishonest about it. I can accept human error, but denying it shows a lack of integrity. I wasted four hours in the lobby with small children. It seems they prioritize large groups over families. I ended up booking elsewhere. This place cannot be trusted. The booking platform should consider removing it from their listings, as the issue stemmed from their lack of reliability in the hospitality industry.
