The blood test process was terrible. They used a 10 ml syringe on both me and my 5-year-old daughter. I asked for a smaller or butterfly needle, but my request was ignored. The large syringe made it hard for the blood to flow, and they even had to loosen the tourniquet to make it work. We both ended up with big bruises after four days. It was unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
