Насколько важно быть внимательным к пациентам? Личное впечатление – нет слов. Ощущение, что попал в параллельную реальность, где никто не слышит друг друга. Сказал врачу о своей проблеме, а получил что-то совершенно другое. Создалось впечатление, что здесь не придают значения тому, что говорит пациент. Всего лишь 15 лари, но чувство потраченных зря времени и нервов. Хотелось бы видеть больше компетентности и участия.

Отличный театр абсурда! Врач слушает, вроде бы, но делает по-своему. Казалось, что ему даже не интересно, что я говорю. Кровати грязные, как будто их не меняли несколько месяцев. За 15 лари вместе со страховкой ожидала хотя бы базовой компетенции. Надеюсь, той медсестре всё же продадут мозг.

Dirty beds, unfriendly staff or doctor, some incompetence, I told them which vein to use, and they found the smallest one and made a mistake with my hand. Then the rest of the so-called competent staff came over and repeated that sometimes medicine is like this, things happen. How can people have children in such a mess? I paid 15 GEL with insurance, and hopefully, they'll use it to buy that nurse a brain. I hope when they grow old, they'll have to deal with an equally incompetent person for their treatments.
