It's a decent spot to grab a bite right next to the gondola lift. The Bolognese spaghetti was nice, although it was served quite lukewarm, almost cold, but I still enjoyed it. The pizza was good as well. We also tried a vegetarian soup, which turned out to be the worst soup I've ever hadโ€”totally bland, with vegetables that had a hint of pickled flavor and a broth that lacked seasoning. The service was okay, but I understand why others have mentioned the staff being on their phones; they were all gathered at a table in the corner, just scrolling through their devices.

The waitress came to our table in a hostile manner while we were with kids and friends for no reason. She claimed to have overheard something. Unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend this place. It doesn't feel safe.

Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, which should have been a red flag. The waiter was sitting at a table on his phone and ignored us for over 15 minutes. We weren't the only ones waiting; another couple came in, waited, and eventually left without any acknowledgment.

When we finally got served, things didnโ€™t improve. The pasta was overcooked, stuck together, and barely edible. We then waited another 30 minutes for a pizza, which was just as bad.

To make matters worse, the service was terrible. The waiter threw the plates down on the table, and they were dirty, with food still on them. When I returned them, instead of apologizing, he shouted at me and accused me of being rude.

This behavior is completely unacceptable, and the overall standards were very poor. Bad food, worse service, and a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place at all.

The service was quick, and I've tried other places in new Gudauri, but this one is the best so far. I'll definitely come back! The pasta was delicious, and the drinks were good too.
