    I went to this restaurant twice in one week and had very different experiences.

    On my first visit, when it was not busy, the service was great and the food was excellent. The khinkali and meat board stood out as particularly tasty.

    However, my second visit on a crowded Thursday was not as pleasant. We waited around 1.5 hours for just 8 khinkali, while people who arrived after us were served first. We also ordered Ostri and specifically requested it to be spicy, but received veal stew instead. When we mentioned the mistake, the waiter claimed they were the same, which they clearly are not.

    What really disappointed me was the lack of apology or any effort to make up for the long wait and incorrect dish. The atmosphere was nice, and most of the food was good, but the service really suffered when the restaurant was busy. It felt like regular customers were prioritized over others.
