You can take wine out of Georgia for personal use, but how much you can bring into Russia is set by Russian rules: an adult can bring up to 3 litres of alcohol duty-free. Between 3 and 5 litres is allowed if you pay duty, and more than 5 litres per person is not allowed for personal use. The allowance applies per person over 18.
