Short answer

Tsikhisdziri is a coastal village between Batumi and Kobuleti, about 20 kilometres from Batumi. See the ruins of the 6th-century Byzantine Petra fortress on a cliff above the sea, the banana grove and a pebble beach beside a pine wood. Get there by minibus or bus towards Kobuleti or by taxi, about 30 minutes.
