Azerbaijan's Prime Minister: Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway Capacity Raised to 5 Million Tonnes
Azerbaijan's prime minister, speaking at the 11th meeting of the intergovernmental commission, named the operation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway and the increase of its capacity to 5 million tonnes an important result of joint work. The government administration published the statement on 30 October 2026.
He described the railway as part of the Middle Corridor.
