Nine US Tour Operators Visit Georgia on Familiarisation Trip
The National Tourism Administration reported on 30 October 2026 a familiarisation visit to Georgia by 9 American tour operators. They visited Tbilisi, Kakheti, Mtskheta and Mukhrani.
The programme included taking part in a grape harvest, tastings, a culinary masterclass and an introduction to qvevri making. According to the administration, the aim of the tour was to present Georgia on the US market as a year-round destination.
